Upon reviewing vehicles that match your search criteria and the pricing Driver Seat has negotiated with dealerships on your behalf, you’ll provide approval to move forward with the purchase process with the dealership and Driver Seat with share your contact information with that dealership. Privacy policies for dealerships are separate from this Driver Seat Privacy Policy.
- Where necessary to operate our site and services, your personal information and the contents of all of your online communications on or through our site and services may be accessed and monitored:
- To satisfy any applicable laws or regulations,

By providing us with your information, you expressly consent to these methods of contact and the onward transfer of your consent to the parties who will be contacting you about your request. Text Messaging
As a part of our communication with you for the services you purchased, we may send you text messages to provide status, collaborate on questions we may have or you may have during the locate and negotiate process, or other quick communication we deem necessary to successfully deliver services. If you prefer communication from Driver Seat avoid the use of text messages and instead focus on phone calls or emails, you may make such a request to the Driver Seat representative helping you with purchased services.

We use reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, technical, and data security procedures and controls to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, and alteration.
